Electric Forged Gate Valves for Power Plant


The body of forged steel gate valve in power station adopts a high-strength integral forged structure with an internal self-sealing design to ensure stable operation under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is equipped with an intelligent integrated electric actuator, which can realize remote control and unified intelligent management.

Structural Characteristics

1. It adopts advanced flow channel and other direct-through structure, which greatly reduces the flow resistance coefficient and energy loss, and significantly improves the service life and performance of the valve.

2. The middle cavity of the valve adopts a pressure self-tight sealing structure with good sealing performance. Both ends of the branch pipe are welded structures.

3. The sealing surface of the gate and the valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-based hard overlay welding, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

4. The valve stem of the pound high temperature and high pressure power station gate valve has been quenched and tempered and surface nitriding treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

5. The structure of the opening and closing parts can be designed into different forms such as single plate, double plate, parallel double plate, etc. according to user requirements.

6. The opening and closing of the electric gate valve is controlled by an electric device, which is equipped with a dedicated motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism. In addition to local operations, remote operations can also be performed.
